Independence Blend

In honor of our rich and bold history, this coffee truly agrees with the creative thinker. It is a medium dark roast, pulled just at the right time and temperature, ensuring its wildness is tamed before getting out of control. A powerful, full-bodied coffee that finishes with a soft, nutty smokiness.

Rio Grande Blend

This blend is released from the roaster just prior to acquiring a charcoal taste. It boasts a smoky, dark chocolate flavor without pushing any of the offensive bitterness often found in classic "Seattle-style" espresso blends. Geared toward the connoisseur, this blend acts as a stand-alone brewed as both espresso and drip.

Black Gold

Our signature house blend, this exceptional dark roast provides a full aroma and rich highlights. The addition of Indonesian beans adds heavy body and develops a smooth, smoky after taste unique to such a dark-roasted coffee.

Texas Star

Texas Star takes the best Central American coffee beans and adds a twist, yielding the smoothest, most appealing coffee in the world. This blend works equally well for an espresso or a drip coffee. Its mild, milk chocolate introduction is followed by hints of hazelnut and clove, then leaves a soft, sweet finish.

Tejas Organic Blend

A dark roast, this coffee has syrupy rich body, a robust dark chocolate flavor, and a heavy strong aftertaste.
