Well it has been a few weeks since I put together a blog. One of the items that has amazed me is the number of people that follow our cafes on Twitter. Our "followers" have grown to several hundred in just a few weeks. It provides for specials and updates to each of our cafes. You can go to Twitter and type in "Texenza Coffee" and it will ask you to follow one or more of our cafes. We also have followers on Facebook for Texenza Coffee and also for Little Big City Catering which we also own. Little Big City also provides us our pastries and sandwiches.Today in a meeting we sampled Fruit Smoothies that one of our cafe managers has been working on to create new and refreshing recipes. I am happy to report that we are getting close to completing the drinks and we plan on rolling them out to our cafes in about 30 days. Look for them. I’m sorry that I haven’t posted in a while. It’s been an incredible few weeks with me being in the café at Tech Ridge for most every morning. What a great blessing this time has been for me connecting with all of our guests, both regulars and 1st-time guests. I’ve really enjoyed talking with double-shot Jimmy, who does some of the most amazing mosaic art I’ve ever seen, and large, light roast Randy, who is in our café every morning doing his bible study to prepare for his Sunday class that he teaches. There are many amazing stories to share. We all have our own story, and that’s what makes us all so great.
Thank you to everyone that comes into any of our café locations. I’m so glad to have been able to share a cup of coffee with you!!!-Robert
